执行力包括五个要素:目标、领导、成员、协作、制度。具体监区工作执行中,主要存在四种情况:对制度理解的偏差;没有常抓不懈;执行过程过于繁琐、不合理;管理制度不严谨。基于此,一个好的执行型监区领导必须具备目标明确、团队精神等9种素养。实际工作中,监区领导执行力的提升包括注重细节、健全制度、营造执行文化等路径。
Execution consists of five elements: goal, leadership, membership, collaboration, system. There are mainly four kinds of situations in the implementation of the specific supervisory work: the deviation of the understanding of the system; the lack of regular persistence; the too complicated and unreasonable implementation process; the strict management system. Based on this, a good executive prison district leaders must have clear objectives, teamwork and other nine kinds of literacy. In actual work, the improvement of the executive power of the district supervisors includes paying attention to details, perfecting the system and creating a culture of execution.
