目的:探讨急性胰腺炎(AP)大鼠血浆ET/NO比值变化及其与胰腺血循环间的关系。方法:用5%牛磺胆酸钠溶液胆胰管注入,诱发大鼠急性出血坏死性胰腺炎(AHNP)模型。动态观察大鼠血浆内皮素(ET)水平、一氧化氮(NO)含量变化,及其与胰腺血流量(PBF)、病理改变间内在联系。结果:AHNP大鼠早期存在显著胰腺缺血和血浆ET、NO的显著升高,ET/NO比值持续增加。结论:血浆ET、NO的改变及ET/NO比值增加,可能介导AHNP大鼠血循环紊乱发病过程。
Objective: To investigate the plasma ET / NO ratio in acute pancreatitis (AP) rats and its relationship with the pancreatic blood circulation. Methods: Acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis (AHNP) model was induced by injecting 5% sodium taurocholate into the biliary and pancreatic ducts. The levels of plasma endothelin (ET) and the content of nitric oxide (NO) in rats were dynamically observed, and their relationships with the changes of pancreatic blood flow (PBF) and pathological changes were also observed. Results: Early AHNP rats had significant pancreatic ischemia and plasma ET, NO significantly increased, ET / NO ratio continued to increase. Conclusion: The changes of plasma ET, NO and the increase of ET / NO ratio may mediate the pathogenesis of AHNP rat circulatory disorders.
