处方:盐酸丁卡因5~10g 西黄蓍胶18~25g (固定用量)单糖浆80ml甘油100ml酒精36~50ml(固定用量)25%尼泊金酒精1.2ml食用香精适量灭菌放冷蒸馏水加至1000ml制法:取盐酸丁卡因溶于约700ml 蒸馏水中;另取西黄蓍胶置于1000ml 干燥量杯中,加酒精湿透后,把上述盐酸丁卡因溶液一次迅速倒入,随后加入甘油、单糖浆、食用香精及尼泊金酒精并搅匀。这时溶液的pH 值约为6.0;然后用1NHCl或5%枸橼酸溶液调pH 值为5.0~5.5(若pH 值高于6.0,易致丁卡因水解失效和出现严重呕吐等不良反应);最后加足蒸馏水至1000ml 搅匀即得。
