为研究疏肝理脾片抗肝纤维化的作用，采用牛血清白蛋白（BSA）致大鼠免疫损伤性肝纤维化模型，观察肝纤维组织增生程度、肝羟脯氨酸（Hyp）含量和血清透明质酸（HA）、肝功能变化。结果：疏肝理脾片能明显降低鼠肝Hyp含量，减轻肝纤维组织增生程度，并明显提高血清白蛋白水平。提示疏肝理脾片具有明显的抗BSA致大鼠肝纤维化的作用。
To study the effect of Shugan Lipi Tablets on liver fibrosis, a rat model of immune-induced liver fibrosis was induced by bovine serum albumin (BSA). The degree of hepatic fibrosis and the content of hepatic hydroxyproline (Hyp) were observed. Serum hyaluronic acid (HA), liver function changes. RESULTS: Shugan Lipi Tablets can significantly reduce the liver Hyp content, reduce the degree of hepatic fibrous tissue proliferation, and significantly increase serum albumin levels. It is suggested that Shugan Lipi Tablets have obvious anti-BSA-induced liver fibrosis in rats.
