本文叙述了新型 10V直流电压标准的工作原理及系统组成 ,介绍了 9∶1哈蒙电压比较仪和高稳定恒流源的研制方法 ,并分析了标准装置的测量不确定度。实验表明 ,该直流电压标准的合成标准不确定度为 1 8× 10 - 8。
This paper describes the working principle and system composition of a new 10V DC voltage standard. The development of the 9: 1 Harmon voltage comparator and high stability constant current source is introduced. The measurement uncertainty of the standard device is analyzed. Experiments show that the DC standard voltage synthesis standard uncertainty of 18 × 10 - 8.
