通过溶胶-凝胶法自制纳米二氧化硅(SiO_2),并采用油酸对其进行改性,改性纳米SiO_2与环氧树脂充分混合,加入丙烯酸单体,制得改性纳米SiO_2/环氧-丙烯酸酯复合材料。复合材料经透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等表征和分析。实验结果表明,改性后的纳米SiO_2/环氧-丙烯酸酯复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度、拉伸模量等力学性能得以明显提高,当纳米SiO_2与环氧-丙烯酸酯复合材料的摩尔配比为3∶100时,改性纳米SiO_2/环氧-丙烯酸酯复合材料具有最佳的力学性能:冲击强度达到15.63kJ/m2,拉伸强度达到55.68MPa,拉伸模量达到3.67GPa;铅笔硬度达到2H、黏度明显提高达到125MPa·s;耐盐雾、耐水指标都有明显改善。
Nanometer silica (SiO 2) was prepared by sol-gel method and modified by oleic acid. The modified nano-SiO 2 was thoroughly mixed with epoxy resin and acrylic acid monomer was added to prepare modified nano SiO 2 / epoxy Acrylate composites. The composites were characterized and analyzed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and so on. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties such as tensile strength, impact strength and tensile modulus of modified nano-SiO 2 / epoxy-acrylate composites can be obviously improved. When the molar ratio of nano-SiO 2 to epoxy-acrylate composite When the ratio is 3: 100, the modified nano-SiO 2 / epoxy-acrylate composite has the best mechanical properties: the impact strength reaches 15.63 kJ / m 2, the tensile strength reaches 55.68 MPa and the tensile modulus reaches 3.67 GPa. Pencil hardness reached 2H, the viscosity increased significantly to 125MPa · s; salt spray, water resistance indicators have significantly improved.
