在我国铸造生产中,树脂砂应用日益广泛,但其价格昂贵。为了保证铸件质量,又能降低树脂用量,生产中对原砂的粒形提出了越来越高的要求。本研究对十六种原砂进行擦洗、浮选等处理,使其含泥量、需酸量、SiO_2 含量达到与生产相近的水平,并通过筛分,配制成平均细度在一定范围内的四筛砂,测其角形系数与配成树脂砂后的强度,并用回归分析的方法,建立了二者间的数学模型,为生产中如何选用树脂砂的原砂奠定了科学的基础。
