本实验对西北地区旱地小麦光合作用日变化趋势进行研究,并通过控制灌水量比较土壤含水率对旱地小麦光合作用的影响。本实验采用Li6400型便携式光合仪测定旱地小麦光合速率,并得出结论:在本实验不同灌水条件下,灌水总量大的田地的小麦光合作用比灌水总量小的田地小麦光合作用稍强。在一天当中,小麦的光合速率在早晨和下午较小,中午达到高峰,在11点多有“午休”现象。在一定灌水范围内,灌水量和小麦千粒重量成正比。
In this experiment, the diurnal variation of photosynthesis in dryland wheat in Northwest China was studied. The effects of soil water content on photosynthesis of dryland wheat were compared by controlling the irrigation amount. In this experiment, we measured the photosynthetic rate of wheat in dryland with Li6400 portable photosynthesis system and concluded that the photosynthesis of wheat in the field with a large total amount of irrigation was slightly stronger than that with a small amount of irrigation under the different irrigation conditions in this experiment. During the day, the photosynthetic rate of wheat in the morning and afternoon is small, reaching a peak at noon, at 11 o’clock more “lunch break ” phenomenon. In a certain range of irrigation, irrigation and wheat weight is proportional to one thousand.
