在石油石化企业成品油的销售方面,加油站是终端环节,所以必须积极组建素质水平较高的员工队伍,只有这样,才能够推动企业的全面可持续发展。但在实践过程中,加油站员工的流失率呈现上升趋势,不利于加油站的经营发展,所以,员工流失问题已经成为加油站管理工作人员所亟待解决的问题。基于此,文章将加油站员工的高流失率作为重要的研究内容,阐述了有效的解决对策,希望有所帮助。
In petroleum and petrochemical enterprises, the sales of refined oil products are the final steps in the sales of refined oil products.
