“Julius Caesar” (hereinafter referred to as “Qiu” play) touched many political philosophy issues. In this tragedy jointly performed by aristocrats, despots and the masses, it is obvious that the civilian class is not the protagonist, but as a political force that can not be ignored, it plays an important role. On the one hand, the “Qiu” drama shows the great influence of the civilian class on political life, on the other hand, it shows great destructive power of the people. Through the analysis of the text “Qiu” and the analysis of the “Qiu” drama, this article compiles the complicated and contradictory views of the civilian population embodied by Shakespeare in the “Qiu” drama, and holds that Shakespeare’s attitude toward the civilian class is sympathetic but negative , Not simply abomination or contempt.
