位于广州市北边的花都区花泉食品厂,成立于1992年。厂区依山傍水,空气清新,泉水叮咚,鸟语花香,处在一个无污染、无公害的自然环境之中。这得天独厚的自然条件,加之一位敢想敢干的农家汉子——厂长苏育绍先生,造就出了一个绿色食品生产企业行列中的一颗新星。传统工艺与现代科技相结合,是花泉豆腐的一大特色。厂长苏育绍先生从17岁开始从事研究、生产、销售豆腐及豆腐花,20余年来,练就了一手绝技绝活,被海内外同行誉称为“中华豆腐大王”。
