一、提高思想认识,切实增强做好妇女儿童工作的责任感我们党和政府历来高度重视妇女的发展与进步,关心儿童的成长,始终将推进妇女儿童工作作为我国社会主义建设事业的重要组成部分。多年来,市委、市政府重视、关心和支持妇女儿童工作。在实施“九五”妇女儿童发展规划的基础上,2001年底,市政府批准实施新的妇女儿童发展规划,并明确规定把两个规划纳入我市经济和社会发展总体规划之中。去年市级机构改革中精简机构和人员时,市妇女儿童工作委员会的编制得到了保证,在财政比较困难的情况下,工作经费也得到了较好落实;新年伊始,市妇女儿童工作委员会又正式更名为市人民政府妇女儿童工作委员会,并对组成人员进行了调整。这些都为发展妇女儿童事业创造了比较好的条件。几年来,我市的妇女儿童工作取得了显著的成绩,积累了宝贵的经验,男女平等基本国策和儿童优先原则得到有效贯彻,妇女儿童的合法权益得到了有效保护,生存和发展环境进一步优化。同时,我们也清醒地看到,由于历史和现实的原因,我市妇女儿童事业的发展仍然存在着不少问题,妇女儿童发展规划的实施也存在着一些薄弱环节,妇女儿童工作委员会的建设还有待于进一步加强。面对新形势、新任务,妇女儿童工作必须有更高的目标,以更快的步伐前进。 I. At the same time, we are also soberly aware that because of history and reality, there are still many problems in the development of the women and children’s cause in our city. There are also some weak links in the implementation of the women and children’s development plan. The construction of the women and children’s working committee Need to be further strengthened.
