目的探讨超声联合CA153检测在乳腺癌中的诊断价值。方法选取唐山市妇幼保健院2012年8月-2014年8月收治住院的乳腺肿瘤患者105例,其中恶性肿瘤46例,良性肿瘤59例;另选取50例健康妇女为对照组。所有受检者均经彩色多普勒超声检查乳腺,采用电化学发光法检测受检者CA153的含量,应用ROC曲线分析超声检查和CA153对乳腺癌的诊断价值。结果乳腺癌组患者全血CA153明显高于乳腺良性肿瘤组和正常对照组。ROC曲线分析显示,超声检查、CA153及两者联合检测诊断乳腺癌的ROC曲线下的面积分别为0.870、0.780和0.940,联合诊断效率高于二者单独使用。结论超声联合肿瘤标志物CA153检测可以很好地鉴别乳腺良恶性肿瘤,具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound combined with CA153 in breast cancer. Methods A total of 105 breast cancer patients admitted to Tangshan MCH from August 2012 to August 2014 were selected, including 46 malignant tumors and 59 benign tumors. Fifty healthy women were selected as control group. All subjects were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography of breast, the use of electrochemiluminescence detection of the content of CA153 subjects, the application of ROC curve analysis of ultrasound and CA153 diagnostic value of breast cancer. Results The whole blood CA153 in breast cancer patients was significantly higher than that in benign breast tumors and normal controls. ROC curve analysis showed that the areas under the ROC curves of ultrasound examination, CA153 and the combination detection of the two were 0.870, 0.780 and 0.940 respectively, and the combined diagnosis efficiency was higher than the two alone. Conclusion Ultrasound combined with tumor markers CA153 can be a good differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors, with high diagnostic value.
