察了在旧报纸 (ONP)脱墨过程中添加无机盐化合物后脱墨分散体系的Zeta电位、浊度、吸光率、透射率几种参数的变化 ,进一步探讨了Zeta电位等参数的变化与脱墨浆残余油墨量及白度的关系。结果表明 ,添加适量的无机盐化合物对脱墨分散体系中油墨粒子的脱除有积极的促进作用 ,脱墨体系的Zeta电位、浊度等参数与脱墨浆的质量性能之间存在较好的函数关系。 3种无机盐化合物对脱墨浆残余油墨量和白度的影响程度依次为CaCl2 >Al2 (SO4 ) 3>MgCl2 。
The change of zeta potential, turbidity, absorbance and transmittance of inorganic deinked dispersion after deinking in the old newspaper (ONP) was investigated. The changes of zeta potential and other parameters were also discussed The relationship between the amount of ink residual ink and whiteness. The results showed that adding appropriate amount of inorganic salt compound could promote the removal of ink particles in the deinking dispersion system. There was a good relationship between the parameters of deinking system such as Zeta potential and turbidity and the quality of deinked pulp Functional relationship. The effects of three kinds of inorganic compounds on the residual ink amount and whiteness of deinking pulp were CaCl2> Al2 (SO4) 3> MgCl2.
