在这十几年的初中英语教学中,每年都碰到一部分在英语学习上有困难的学生,我们称之为后进生。怎样做好后进生的转化工作,是每个教师必须认真对待和认真研究的问题。在这方面,本人使用“六模块”中的部分方法,取得了良好的教学效果。一、做好预习工作,“笨鸟先飞”后进生大部分都没有良好的习惯,学习不主动,上课不认真,更谈不上温故知新。因此,对后进生的预习不能只是泛泛而提,而要把它当作英语教学的一个重要环节,对其进行精心指导,逐步规范要求,使其达到预期目的。在预习方法上,先要求学生用英语词典查单词,自己解决生词;然后,指导学生按词、词组、句、文、疑难等进行分项,即对重要词组、有用短语等进行罗列,作好预习笔记,并且记录预习过
