目的探讨团体心理辅导方法对中学生心理健康的影响。方法以分层整群抽样的方法,随机抽取城市、农村重点中学各1所,在2所学校各随机抽取初一年级4个班,共8个班,分别随机分为干预组4个班(城、乡各2个班),对照组4个班(城、乡各2个班)。对干预组进行为期3年的团体心理辅导,对照组为空白对照。使用中学生心理健康调查表进行效果评价。结果研究组在心理健康总粗分、强迫、偏执、抑郁、焦虑、学习压力、适应不良、情绪不平衡、心理不平衡的分值低于对照组依次为(t=-12.33,-19.50,-4.48,-15.57,-15.31,-35.40,-3.83,-17.43,-14.61;P均<0.01)。结论团体心理辅导对城乡重点中学学生心理健康水平的提高有显著的效果。
Objective To explore the influence of group psychological counseling on middle school students’ mental health. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 1 city and rural key middle schools and 4 classes of the first grade in each of 2 schools randomly divided into 4 classes City and township 2 classes), control group of 4 classes (city, township 2 classes). The intervention group for a period of 3 years of group counseling, the control group as a blank control. Use the middle school mental health questionnaire to evaluate the effect. Results The scores of total score, compulsion, paranoid, depression, anxiety, study stress, maladjustment, emotional imbalance and psychological imbalance in the study group were lower than those in the control group (t = -12.33, -19.50, - 4.48, -15.57, -15.31, -35.40, -3.83, -17.43, -14.61; P <0.01). Conclusion Group counseling has significant effect on the improvement of mental health level of key middle school students in urban and rural areas.
