在汽车、拖拉机的齿轮生产中,冷挤工艺发挥了巨大的作用,为了正确分析冷挤时冷挤轮对齿轮齿形造成的影响,本文从相互啮合过程中的齿面接触数着手,分析了冷挤轮齿形误差的生成,从而有效地控制齿轮的齿形误差。
In the production of automobile and tractor gear, the cold extrusion process has played a huge role. In order to correctly analyze the influence of the cold extrusion wheel on the gear tooth profile during cold extrusion, this paper starts with the number of tooth surface contact in the intermeshing process. Cold squeeze wheel tooth error generation, thus effectively control the gear tooth profile error.
