平爐汽化冷却(自然循环)是苏联近几年来的重要新技术之一,現在世界各国采用这种新技术的,也只有苏联一个国家。由于我国接受了苏联偉大国际主义的無私援助,从而使新建的平爐都將采用汽化冷却,旧的也在逐漸进行改装了。在苏联,不仅是平爐已广泛地采用了汽化冷却,即在其他冶金爐如高爐、加热爐、合金冶煉爐、水套式爐等,也都在应用。苏联的冶金設計院并已設立了汽化冷却的專業科。汽化冷却装置的操作也沒有什么特殊要求。所以这种新技术的成就,是勿庸置疑的。至于改裝汽化冷却装置的費用,根据苏联的經驗,一股在3~6个月內即可收回。汽化冷却裝置应由热力或动力部門作設計。为了使这部門的設計人員对平爐的構造、型式、操作、部件等,
Furnace vaporization cooling (natural circulation) is one of the important new technologies of the Soviet Union in recent years. Nowadays, countries in the world that adopt this new technology have only one country in the Soviet Union.
