目的 分析中国汉族人群 14号染色体上 5个 STR的基因及基因型分布情况。方法 采用PCR扩增技术和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法 ,对 5 0名中国汉族人 14号染色体上 D14S742、D14S30 6、D14S6 0 6、D14S6 17和 D14S6 11位点的遗传多态性进行分析。结果 在 D14S742位点 ,共观察到 5个等位片段和 13种基因型 ,最常见的等位片段为 40 7bp片段 ,频率为 0 .31;D14S30 6位点 ,共观察到 5个等位片段和 13种基因型 ,最常见的等位片段为 198bp片段 ,频率为 0 .31;在 D14S6 0 6位点 ,共观察到 6个等位片段和 13种基因型 ,最常见的等位片段为 2 47bp片段 ,频率为 0 .47;在 D14S6 17位点 ,共观察到 9个等位片段和 2 1种基因型 ,最常见的等位片段为 145 bp片段 ,频率为 0 .35 ;在 D14S6 11位点 ,共观察到 6个等位片段和 13种基因型 ,最常见的等位片段为 15 5 bp片段 ,频率为 0 .2 9。结论 上述 5个多态位点在中国汉族人群中有较好的多态性 ,其基因频率分布符合 Hardy- Weinberg平衡。
Objective To analyze the gene and genotype distribution of five STRs on chromosome 14 in Chinese Han population. Methods The genetic polymorphisms of D14S742, D14S306, D14S6 0 6, D14S6 17 and D14S6 11 loci on chromosome 14 of 50 Chinese Han population were analyzed by PCR and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Results A total of 5 alleles and 13 genotypes were observed at the D14S742 locus. The most common allelic fragment was 40 7 bp with a frequency of 0.31 and a total of 5 alleles were observed at the D14S30 6 locus And 13 genotypes. The most common allelic fragment was 198 bp with a frequency of 0.31. Six allelic fragments and 13 genotypes were observed at D14S6 0 6. The most common allelic fragments were 2 47 bp fragment with a frequency of 0.47. At D14S6 17 sites, 9 allelic fragments and 2 1 genotypes were observed. The most common allelic fragment was 145 bp with a frequency of 0.35. In D14S6 11 loci. A total of 6 alleles and 13 genotypes were observed. The most common allele was 15 5 bp with a frequency of 0.29. Conclusion The above five polymorphic loci have a good polymorphism in Chinese Han population, and their gene frequency distribution conforms to Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.
