If there is an ancient culture that needs further explanation, then it is a huge human sacrifice by Aztecs living in Mexico in the pre-Hispanic sixteenth century. In recent years, bloodthirsty, extinct humanity, brutal and greedy human-eating habits have often been linked to Aztecs in some newspapers. People sacrifices are considered unique to Aztecs, unparalleled in the New World, unique in the Old World. In fact, sacrifices made by living people have appeared either in the New World or in the Old World. Such examples are not only found in Central America, but also in Mesopotamia, Egypt and China. The difference is that Aztec’s ritual offerings have long been known, while the ancient culture of the old continent is the most recent. This is the result of archeological excavations of the twentieth century.
