前言锅炉膜式水冷壁管是φ22×5.5毫米的管子,管径小、壁薄、刚度差。采用一般电弧焊焊接,焊后将发生渣瘤堵管或热变形,在运行过程中将产生爆管现象;高压管道汽水流速高,采用一般电焊焊接根部焊缝时,质量很难保证。管内壁不齐平将影响介质流速,并使焊缝根部容易腐蚀。为了高速优质地完成安装任务,焊工们提出了用氩弧焊打底的焊接工艺。经过反复试验,摸索出了切实可行的内壁氩气保护方法,选择了较好的焊接工艺参数,初步认识和掌握了氩弧焊打底的焊接新工艺。采用这项新工艺不仅焊接质量好,减轻了劳动强
