目的 :观察补肾活血方对实验性骨折愈合过程中血清胰岛素样生长因子 - (IGF- )的影响。方法 :选择 7月龄 SD大鼠 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,每组各 1 2只。手术方法建立骨折实验模型后 ,治疗组动物每次给服补肾活血方药液 2 0 g· kg- 1 ,连续 2 8天。对照组给服等容量生理盐水。分别于药后 1 4、2 8天检测血清 IGF- 浓度 ,并进行骨痂组织骨密度 (BMD)测定 ,骨痂组织力学强度测试。结果 :血清 IGF- 浓度在 2、4周时明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1和 P<0 .0 5) ;骨痂组织骨密度及力学强度测试在 4周时明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :补肾活血法促进骨折愈合作用部分是通过提高 IGF- 产生而介导的
Objective : To observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue Fang on serum insulin-like growth factor-(IGF-) in experimental fracture healing. Methods: Seven-month-old SD rats were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 12 rats in each group. After the surgical method was established to establish the fracture model, the treatment group animals were each given a Bushen Huoxue formula solution (20 g·kg-1) for 28 consecutive days. The control group was given an equal volume of physiological saline. Serum IGF- concentrations were measured on days 14 and 28 after drug administration, bone mineral density (BMD) was measured, and the mechanical strength of the callus was measured. Results: Serum IGF-concentration was significantly higher at the 2nd and 4th weeks than in the control group (P<0.01 and P<0.05). Bone mineral density and mechanical strength of the callus were significantly higher than those of the control at 4 weeks. Group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of Bushen Huoxue method in promoting fracture healing is partly mediated by the increase of IGF-production.
