目的观察聚焦超声治疗仪治疗变应性鼻炎的效果。方法采用聚焦超声治疗仪治疗68例中重度常年变应性鼻炎患者,观察临床疗效。结果随访半年,显效28例,有效31例,无效9例,总有效率86.7%;治疗前后症状体征总积分及各症状评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚焦超声的近期疗效明显、副作用少,是变应性鼻炎治疗的有效方法。
Objective To observe the effect of focused ultrasound on allergic rhinitis. Methods Focus ultrasound treatment of 68 cases of moderate-to-severe perennial allergic rhinitis in patients with clinical efficacy. The results were followed up for six months, markedly effective in 28 cases, effective in 31 cases, ineffective in 9 cases, the total effective rate was 86.7%; before and after treatment, the total score of symptoms and signs and symptom scores were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusions Focused ultrasound has obvious short-term curative effect and few side effects, which is an effective method for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
