无偿献血是社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设的一项重要内容,体现着人与人之间的团结互助、和睦友爱的崇高精神。我国自1998年《中华人民共和国献血法》颁布以来,无偿献血的种子逐渐遍布古城湘西,它们扎根沃土,它们萌芽绽放,它们期盼着阳光雨露的滋润……而正是有着这样或那样的一群无私奉献者们,他们以其博大的胸怀,自愿将一股股热血奉献给社会,奉献给那些在生命线上挣扎的急需热血救命的人们,奉献给我们的无偿献血事业！他们用热血灌注看这片土地,催开了湘西一朵朵无偿献血的文明之花……
Blood donation is an important part of the building of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization. It embodies the lofty spirit of unity, solidarity and friendship between people. Since the promulgation of the “People’s Republic of China Blood Donation Act” in 1998, the seeds of unpaid blood donation have gradually spread over the ancient city of Xiangxi. They have taken root in fertile soil and they have sprouted. They are looking forward to the moisture of the sun and rain... It is just like this or that. Selfless devotees, with their broad minds, they voluntarily devoted their share of blood to the community and dedicated themselves to those people who are struggling on the life-blood and who are in desperate need of life-saving lives to contribute to our unpaid blood donation! They looked at this piece of land with warm blood and urged the blossoming of civilized flowers donated by Xiangxi.
