本文以山西大同云冈石窟和山西介休绵山两个景区为例,研究了山西省近年来对旅游资源保护的立法现状和实践情况,并以《中华人民共和国旅游法》为依据,从法律的角度,提出了切实可行的意见。 Taking the two scenic spots of Yungang Grottoes in Datong, Shanxi Province and Jiexiu Mian Shan in Shanxi as an example, this paper studies the status quo and practice of the protection of tourism resources in Shanxi Province in recent years.
