目的 观察CD44V 6和nm2 3 H 1蛋白在肺癌中的表达及其与肺癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法 对 85例原发性肺癌采用S -P法进行免疫组化研究。结果 CD44V6蛋白表达与肺癌临床分期、病理分化程度和淋巴结转移呈正相关 ;nm 2 3 H1蛋白表达与肺癌临床分期、病理分化程度和淋巴结转移呈负相关 ,两者与肺癌的性别、年龄、肿块大小和病理类型无关。两蛋白表达呈负相关性。结论 CD44V 6和nm2 3 H1表达在肺癌转移过程中起着共同调节作用 ,可作为预测肿瘤转移潜能及预后的指标。
Objective To observe the expression of CD44V 6 and nm23H 1 protein in lung cancer and their relationship with lymph node metastasis of lung cancer. Methods 85 cases of primary lung cancer using immunohistochemical S-P method. Results The expression of CD44V6 was positively correlated with the clinical stage, pathological differentiation and lymph node metastasis. The expression of nm 2 3 H1 was negatively correlated with the clinical stage, pathological differentiation and lymph node metastasis of lung cancer. Both of them were correlated with the gender, age, mass of lung cancer Has nothing to do with the type of pathology. Two protein expression was negatively correlated. Conclusion The expression of CD44V 6 and nm23 H1 plays a common regulatory role in the metastasis of lung cancer and may be used as an index to predict the metastatic potential and prognosis of lung cancer.
