目的 :探索银黄含化片中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法 :以水加热溶提黄芩苷 ,定量加入硫酸铜、溴化十六烷基三甲铵、氨水溶液形成络合物 ,正丁醇萃取络合物 ,用紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果 :络合物最大吸收波长为 2 6 2± 1nm,回归方程为 A=5 .36 8X-1.5 74× 10 -2 ,r=0 .9996 ,n=7,线性范围 0~ 18μg/m L;精密度 RSD=0 .81% ,n=5 ;稳定性 RSD=1.48% ,2小时内稳定 ;平均回收率 99.43% ,RSD=1.6 5 % ,n=5。结论 :本法简便、准确 ,可排除共存物干扰 ,适于银黄含化片中黄芩苷的含量测定
Objective: To explore the determination method of baicalin in Yinhuang Hanhua Tablets. Methods: Extraction of baicalin with water heating, quantitative addition of copper sulfate, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, aqueous ammonia solution to form complexes, butanol extraction of complexes, determination of content by UV spectrophotometry. RESULTS: The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex was 268±1 nm, the regression equation was A=5.36 8X-1.574×10 -2 , r=0.9996, n=7, linear range 0~18μg/m L. Precision RSD=0.81%, n=5; Stability RSD=1.48%, Stable within 2 hours; Average recovery rate 99.43%, RSD=1.65%, n=5. Conclusion : This method is simple, accurate and can eliminate the interference of coexistence. It is suitable for the determination of baicalin in Yinhuang Hanhua Tablets.
