【目的】探析科技论文中“简单问题复杂化”这类深度学术不端行为,并提出防范措施。【方法】采用个例研究法、逻辑推理法、文献资料法及综合分析法,以大气科学论文中存在“简单问题复杂化”倾向的论文为例,分析这一现象的特点及产生的原因。【结果】“简单问题复杂化”这一深度学术不端在科技论文中的涌现,违背了科技应用和交流的真正目的,造成学术的不良影响和资源的极大浪费。【结论】建立责任心强专业素质高的编辑人才队伍,充分发挥审稿专家的专业所长和编委会的群体作用,建立学术不端案例的处理机制和培训,分工合作,严格把关,可有效防范这类深度学术不端行为,保证科技期刊的学术质量。
【Objective】 To explore the deep academic misconduct such as “simple problem complication” in scientific papers and to put forward preventive measures. 【Method】 By using case study, logical reasoning, literature and data analysis and comprehensive analysis, this paper analyzes the characteristics of this phenomenon and the resulting papers of “Simple Problems Complicated” tendency in atmospheric science papers the reason. 【Result】 The emergence of “deep complex problem of complexity” in scientific papers has violated the real purpose of science and technology application and communication, resulting in academic adverse effects and great waste of resources. 【Conclusion】 The establishment of a team of editors with high sense of responsibility and high professional quality, giving full play to the role of expert reviewers and editorial boards, establishing a mechanism for dealing with misconduct cases, training, division of labor and cooperation, Effective prevention of such deep academic misconduct, ensure the academic quality of sci-tech periodicals.
