丹阳钢铁厂78年在高炉大修过程中,对热风炉、原料上料系统、称量、高炉大小料钟进行了改造,取得了减少劳动力、减轻劳动强度的效果,为逐步走向自动化操作创造了条件。其具体做法是: 1.对原三座考贝式热风炉改为外燃式热风炉,并采用陶瓷燃烧器。热风炉的热风阀、冷风阀、废气阀、助燃空气阀都改用气动阀门(采用压缩空气机供气),在值班室内附有模拟图,可按信号灯远距离按钮操作。目前,除煤气阀烟道阀因漏气影响进风量及安全,已暂改用原阀和水阀外,其余各种阀门使用基本正常,操作台模拟显示清晰,减少了热风工在高温区操作时间。
