本文运用构式语法理论对“come on”词组进行研究,关于“come on”的第一手资料源于情景喜剧的剧本。本研究发现:第一,由于“come on”词组形式和意义的不可预测性,“come on”是一个构式;第二,确定了“come on”出现的前期语言背景、不同的语境下的语用功能以及心理和文化动因。解读“come on”构式的形和意义的组合可以解释类似的语言现象,以更有效地指导教学。
This paper uses constructive grammar theory to study the “come on” phrase. The first information on “come on” is derived from the sitcom script. This study finds that firstly, because of the unpredictability of the form and meaning of the phrase “come on”, “come on” is a structure; secondly, it determines the pre-linguistic background of “come on” , Pragmatic functions in different contexts and psychological and cultural motivation. The combination of the shape and meaning of interpretation of the “come on” construct can explain similar linguistic phenomena to guide instruction more effectively.
