天然水中铜的含量一般在μg·L~(-1)数量级,工业废水中铜含量比天然水高一、二个数量级。环境监测的标准方法有原子吸收和吸光光度法,但这些方法在使用条件或仪器上都有局限性。本文采用一种快速灵敏地监测水中微量铜的方法——流动注射抑制化学发光分析法。抑制化学发光分析是利用某物质对化学发光反应的抑制效应进行定量分析的一种特殊的化学发光分析方法。本文采用鲁米诺- KMnO_4-Cu~(2+)抑制化学发光体系与流动注射新技术相结合,并应用巯基棉分离富集方法监测工业废水中微量铜。
The content of copper in natural water is generally on the order of μg · L -1, and the copper content in industrial wastewater is one or two orders of magnitude higher than that of natural water. The standard methods of environmental monitoring are atomic absorption spectrophotometry, but these methods have limitations in terms of use or equipment. In this paper, a rapid and sensitive method for monitoring copper in water - flow injection inhibition chemiluminescence assay. Chemiluminescence inhibition is the use of a substance on the chemiluminescence reaction inhibitory effect of quantitative analysis of a special chemiluminescence analysis. In this paper, luminol - KMnO_4-Cu ~ (2+) was used to inhibit the chemiluminescence system and flow injection of new technology, and the application of thiol cotton separation and enrichment method to monitor trace copper in industrial wastewater.
