BALB/C小鼠经腹部接种B16黑色素瘤细胞建立荷瘤鼠模型,经静脉注射吐温80及腹部41℃温热,于处理后1周和2周测定肿瘤坏死因子(SerumTumorNeerosisFaetor,STNF)活性及血清唾液酸含量;并观察作用后荷瘤鼠死亡率。结果显示:荷瘤鼠STNF活性及唾液酸含量持续保持相对高水平(正常BALB/C鼠STNP活性检测不出;唾液酸含量<50mg/ml)。单独以吐温80处理和吐温80合并41℃温热处理的荷瘤鼠STNF活性显著降低(P<0.05;P<0.01)。同时吐温80合并41℃温热可显著降低荷瘤鼠死亡率(P<0.05)。以上表明:吐温80尤其吐温80合并41℃温热可通过影响荷瘤鼠STNP,发挥其一定的抗肿瘤免疫作用。
A tumor-bearing mouse model was established in BALB/C mice by inoculation of B16 melanoma cells in the abdomen. Tween 80 was injected intravenously and warmed at 41°C in the abdomen. Serum and tumor necrosis factor (STNF) activity was measured at 1 and 2 weeks after treatment. Serum sialic acid content; and observe the mortality of tumor-bearing mice. The results showed that the activity of STNF and the content of sialic acid in tumor-bearing mice continued to maintain a relatively high level (no detectable STNP activity in normal BALB/C mice; sialic acid content <50 mg/ml). The STNF activity of tumor-bearing mice treated with Tween 80 alone and Tween 80 combined with 41°C heat treatment was significantly reduced (P<0.05; P<0.01). At the same time, Tween 80 combined with 41 °C warming can significantly reduce the mortality of tumor-bearing mice (P <0.05). The above shows that: Tween 80, especially Tween 80 combined with 41 °C warming can affect the tumor-bearing mice STNP, play a role in its anti-tumor immunity.
