建设法治政府是建设法治国家的重点和难点,目前在一些地方还存在着对“法治”理解不准确,部门主义比较严重,行政监督体制不完善等问题,影响了我国法治国家建设进程。本文指出要破解这些难题,要提高执法者法治意识和依法行政水平,培养公众法律信仰,规范行政法规和规范性文件,完善行政监督机制,强化对行政行为的监督。 At present, there are still some problems such as inaccurate understanding of “rule of law ”, serious departmentalism and imperfect system of administrative supervision in some places, which has affected the process of building a country under the rule of law in our country. This paper points out that if we want to solve these problems, we should enhance the awareness of law enforcement and the level of administration by law, cultivate public legal belief, standardize administrative regulations and normative documents, perfect the administrative supervision mechanism and strengthen the supervision of administrative acts.
