当前,公安机关正处于机制和体制改革的重要时期,积极实施“科教强警”战略,建设一支与形势发展相适应的高素质队伍,已成为公安队伍发展的必然。青年民警是公安队伍的重要组成部分,青年后备军的培养是公安事业的关键,对青年培养机制进行深入探索无疑具有重要的现实意义。近年来,金山分局立足新时期公安队伍发展的现实需要,依托团组织的管理优势, 充分运用科学的组织管理理念,积极探索青年民警的发展战略,对青年民警培养机制进行了有益的思考与探索。
