自动交换光网络(ASON)是一种能够自动完成网络连接的新型网络。控制面技术是其核心,一些协议(如GMPLS)正在逐步应用到ASON控制面中。网络生存性是指网络发生故障时提供连续业务的能力。基于GMPLS的网络生存性技术对于网络的运营具有重要的意义。本文介绍了光网络的生存性技术并结合GMPLS与ASON控制平面对光网络的生存性进行了较为深入的研究。
Automatic Switched Optical Network (ASON) is a new type of network that automates network connectivity. Control plane technology is the core of some protocols (such as GMPLS) is gradually applied to the ASON control plane. Network survivability is the ability to provide continuous service in the event of a network failure. The network survivability technology based on GMPLS is of great significance to the operation of the network. This paper introduces the survivability of optical networks and studies the survivability of optical networks based on GMPLS and ASON control plane.
