文章提出了一种新型混合传输线窄边双缝耦合器。在该耦合器中能量能够有效的在基片集成波导(SIW)传输线和金属地共面波导(GCPW)传输线之间相互耦合。文中分析了SIW中TE10模和GCPW中TEM模相互耦合的机理,并进行了实验验证。实验结果表明该混合结构耦合器同时具有SIW低损耗和GCPW直接与平面电路集成的优点。
This paper presents a new hybrid transmission line narrow-slot double-slit coupler. In this coupler energy can be effectively coupled between a substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) transmission line and a metal ground plane waveguide (GCPW) transmission line. In this paper, the mechanism of mutual coupling of TE mode in SIW and TEM mode in GCPW is analyzed and verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the hybrid structure coupler has the advantages of SIW low loss and GCPW integrated directly with the planar circuit.
