为筛选出可用于星天牛生物防治的高致病力菌株,测定了8株球孢白僵菌菌株(Bb Ma A-01、Bb MQ-04、Bb MQ-07、Bb QZ-01、Bb QZ-02、Bb YXTR-03、Bb TK-02、Bb XJ-11)的生长速度和产孢量及其对星天牛幼虫的致病力。结果表明:不同球孢白僵菌菌株的生长速度、产孢量和对星天牛幼虫致病力差异十分显著。采用浸渍法接种15 d后,不同球孢白僵菌菌株对星天牛幼虫累计致死率(幼虫死亡率)在70%~100%之间,其中Bb XJ-11、Bb QZ-02菌株对幼虫的累计死亡率最高,均达100%;且接种后星天牛幼虫的僵虫率(感染率)也分别高达90%、80%;致死中时(LT50)较短,分别为5.38 d、5.83d。研究结果表明Bb XJ-11、Bb QZ-02菌株对星天牛幼虫的致病力较强,同时2个菌株的生长速度快、产孢量高,故可作为防治星天牛的优良菌株加以推广应用。
In order to screen out the virulent strains that can be used for the biological control of Asteraceae, 8 Beauveria bassiana strains (Bb Ma A-01, Bb MQ-04, Bb MQ-07, Bb QZ-01, Bb QZ-02, Bb YXTR-03, Bb TK-02, Bb XJ-11) and their virulence and their virulence to the larvae of Aspergillus. The results showed that the growth rate, sporulation rate and pathogenicity of different Beauveria bassiana strains were significant. The results showed that the strains Bb XJ-11 and Bb QZ-02 had stronger virulence to Asclepias larvae, and the two strains grew faster and had higher sporulation rate, so they could be used as excellent strains for controlling Asteraceae Promote the application.
