甘薯外植体组织培养和植株再生

近年来,国内外已有许多研究单位开展了甘薯的组织培养和花药培养工作,并报道了从甘薯块根愈伤组织获得再生植株和应用顶端分生组织培养脱去病毒,以便达到提纯复壮的目的。吴耀武(1979),D.L.Biding和I.F.Shepard(1980)分别报道了甘薯茎、叶柄原生质体和叶肉细胞的群体发育。蔡新生等(1982)培养甘薯茎段获得愈伤组织并分化出胚状体。但至今尚未见到从甘薯的外植体茎段、叶柄和叶片的愈伤组织分化再生植株的研究文献。本文将报道这方面的一些实验结果。 In recent years, many research institutes at home and abroad have carried out the tissue culture and anther culture of sweet potato, and reported that regenerating plants from callus of sweet potato root tuber and removing virus from the apical meristem in order to achieve the purpose of purification and rejuvenation . Wu Yaowu (1979), D. L. Biding and I. F. Shepard (1980) reported the population development of sweet potato stem and petiole protoplasts and mesophyll cells, respectively. Cai Xinsheng et al. (1982) cultivated sweet potato stems to obtain callus and differentiated into embryoid bodies. However, up to now, no research has been done on the differentiation of regenerated plants from stem segments, petioles and leaves of sweet potato explants. This article will cover some of the experimental results in this area.
