针对保障性住房套型建筑面积相对较小、平面布局不利于通风换气的特点,以北京地区保障性住房的2种典型户型为研究对象,从通风器对室内气流组织及热环境影响的角度出发,对通风器与动力驱动设备联动运行时6种不同工况下的室内通风换气效果进行了模拟分析。结果表明:窗式通风器的设置可满足室内热舒适要求;将窗式通风器设置在散热器的上方更有利于室内热环境和空气品质的提升。
In view of the characteristics of affordable housing, the relatively small floor area and the flat layout are not conducive to ventilation, this paper takes two typical units of affordable housing in Beijing as the research object. From the perspective of ventilator on indoor air flow and thermal environment Based on the simulation results, the ventilation effect of indoor ventilation under six different operating conditions was simulated. The results show that the arrangement of window ventilator can meet the indoor thermal comfort requirements. Setting the window ventilator above the radiator is more conducive to indoor thermal environment and air quality improvement.
