军事劳动力的需求具有目的的政治性、主体的独一性、价格的计划性以及需求量影响因素的复杂性四个特征;军事劳动力的供给具有成果的共有性、条件的艰苦性、行为的被强制性以及成果评价的主观性四个特征。基于军事劳动力的需求特征和供给特征,军事劳动力的价格决定具有明显的非均衡性。为了制定合理的军事劳动力价格,应当建立对于需求主体——国家行为的合理的制衡机制,并力争使军人的劳动供给行为规范化。
The demand for military labor has four characteristics: the political purpose, the uniqueness of the main body, the planned price and the complexity of the influencing factors of demand. The supply of military labor has the commonality of achievements, the arduousness of conditions, the behavior of being Mandatory and subjective assessment of the results of the four characteristics. Based on the demand characteristics and supply characteristics of the military labor force, the price decision of the military labor force is obviously unbalanced. In order to formulate a reasonable military labor price, a reasonable mechanism of checks and balances should be established on the main body of needs - the state’s behavior, and efforts should be made to standardize the military’s labor supply.
