目的:分析研讨日常管理在药品管理中的重要意义。方法:本次讨论以我院药房管理作为研讨对象,在日常管理中加强药品合理分类,改进药品监管制度,观察实行前后患者满意度及药房差错率,并分析日常管理在药品管理中的意义。结果:医院药房加强日常管理后患者满意度、差错率均明显优于实行前,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在药品日常管理中加强药品合理分类、改进药品监督制度,可有效降低药品管理差错发生率,同时提高了患者满意度,这对提高药房管理质量有着重要意义。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the importance of routine management in drug administration. Methods: This discussion takes pharmacy management in our hospital as the object of study, strengthening the reasonable classification of drugs in daily management, improving drug regulatory system, observing patient satisfaction and pharmacy error rate before and after implementation, and analyzing the significance of routine management in drug management. Results: The satisfaction and error rate of patients in hospital pharmacies after daily management were significantly better than those before implementation. The data of the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the daily management of medicines, strengthening the reasonable classification of medicines and improving drug supervision system can effectively reduce the incidence of drug management errors and improve patient satisfaction, which is of great significance to improve the quality of pharmacy management.
