利用对称性及可公度方法,对小尺度区域重大自然灾害进行趋势判断.根据香港地理特征、影响香港的热带气旋的特点等综合因素,选取香港发布十号飓风信号事件并应用可公度方法进行趋势判断,并研究分析了ENSO事件与影响香港的热带气旋之间存在的关系和可能性机理.结果表明,2016年生成引致香港发布十号飓风信号的热带气旋信号较强.ENSO事件通过影响大气环流、海表温度、副热带高压带及热带气旋移动路径等,进而对影响香
