目的:天水地区野生马齿苋中维生素E含量的测定。方法:紫外分光光度法测定辅助乙醇提取马齿苋中的维生素E。结果:维生素E的含量为3.36 mg/100 g。结论:马齿苋富含维生素E。
Objective: To determine the content of vitamin E in wild purslane in Tianshui area. Methods: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the assisted ethanol extraction of vitamin E in purslane. Result: The content of vitamin E was 3.36 mg/100 g. Conclusion: Portulaca is rich in vitamin E.
