为了提高飞机结构件的设计效率和设计质量,解决设计重用的问题,运用catia知识工程技术建立参数化模板的建模方法,对模板实例化过程中出现特征定位不准确和模板实例化不正确的问题进行分析,研究了特征定位和草图约束对模板实例化结果的影响,提出了基于模板的飞机结构件建模方法。以此为基础对典型的飞机结构件构造正确的参数化模板,并且在不同外部条件下,采用参数驱动的方法实现了模板的实例化,同时验证了该方法的有效性和可靠性。为飞机结构件建模提供了参考价值。
In order to improve the design efficiency and design quality of aircraft structural parts, and to solve the problem of design reuse, a modeling method of parametric template is established by catia knowledge engineering technology.
