对３３例脑梗塞患者采用体外反搏与药物相结合进行治疗（反搏组），另３３例单纯药物治疗作为对照组。结果：反搏组基本痊愈率与显效率之和为８１．８％，对照组为４２．４％，两组差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。与对照组比较，反搏组全血粘度下降极显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），红细胞压积（Ｈｃｔ）、血浆比粘度、血沉下降显著（Ｐ＜０．０５），但红细胞电泳时间、纤维蛋白质含量两组比较无显著差异。
Thirty-three patients with cerebral infarction were treated with combination of external counterpulsation and drugs (EECP), and the other 33 patients with simple drug therapy as control group. Results: The total cure rate and effective rate in the EECP group were 81.8% and 42.4% in the control group, respectively (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, the whole blood viscosity decreased significantly (P <0.01), the Hct, the plasma specific viscosity and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate decreased significantly in the EECP group (P <0.05), but the erythrocyte electrophoresis time, There was no significant difference in protein content between the two groups.
