近些年,我国汽车生产技术的不断发展和成熟,极大的促进了汽车工业的发展,尤其是涂装生产线以及自动化技术的应用,更是提高了当前汽车涂装质量以及生产效率。机械化系统作为涂装车间的大动脉,其故障率对车间生产的重要性不言而喻,尤其是烘干炉内输送设备,出现问题首先就需要至少3个小时进行降温,处理完毕后还需要1个小时进行升温。所以烘干炉内输送设备的各个零件的选择都需要进行严肃谨慎的选择。本文就结合汽车涂装线生产使用过程中存在的问题,对烘干炉反向输送链用滚轮轴承进行详细的探究与讨论。

The importance of the mechanized system as the aorta in the painting shop is of paramount importance to the production of the shop floor. In particular, in the drying oven, the equipment needs to be cooled for at least three hours before it is processed and 1 An hour to heat up. Therefore, the selection of the various components of the drying conveyor in the furnace requires a serious and careful selection. In this paper, combined with automotive coating line production and use of the existing problems in the drying oven reverse conveyor with roller bearings in detail to explore and discuss.
