Production practice is an important base to develop students’ skills and innovation ability. Ingenious doubts, stimulate interest and hobbies, foster innovative awareness; strengthen training, consolidate the basic skills, lay the foundation for innovation; open internships, explore the design dishes, stimulate innovation potential; participate in competitions, build innovation stage and enhance innovation ability. From the above aspects, we can cultivate creative professionals in cooking.
