以结缕草为试材,将分离自野生狗牙根的内生固氮菌DQ-3活化测定活性后制成2种浓度菌液(1×10~3、1×10~6 cfu·mL~(-1)),再将长势相同的结缕草茎段于菌液中浸泡4、16h后进行盆栽试验,采用测定成坪后植株的颜色、分蘖数、地上地下生物量及植株全氮量的方法,研究内生固氮菌对结缕草的促生效果,以探索不同草种间内生固氮菌的通用性。结果表明:菌液浓度为1×10~6 cfu·mL~(-1),浸泡4h对结缕草分蘖数促进最显著;菌液浓度为1×10~6 cfu·mL~(-1),浸泡16h对颜色的影响最大;菌液浓度为1×10~6 cfu·mL~(-1),浸泡16h对地上生物量影响最大;菌液浓度为1×10~3 cfu·mL~(-1),浸泡4h对地下生物量影响最大;菌液浓度为1×10~6 cfu·mL~(-1),浸泡16h对结缕草植株增加全氮量效果最好。综合看来,菌液浓度为1×10~6 cfu·mL~(-1),浸泡16h的组合对结缕草促生效果最好。

The concentration of bacteria solution was 1 × 10 ~ 6 cfu · mL -1, and the soaking for 16 h had the strongest influence on the aboveground biomass. The concentration of bacteria was 1 × 10 ~ 3 cfu · mL ~ ( -1), soaking for 4h had the most significant effect on the underground biomass; the concentration of bacteria was 1 × 10 ~ 6 cfu · mL -1. In conclusion, the combination of 1 × 10 ~ 6 cfu · mL ~ (-1) and 16 h immersion could promote the growth of Zoysia matrella.
