文章分析了经贸类专业《国际商法》课程教学中存在的主要问题及原因,即由于课程内容典型的专业性、相对的前沿性和不确定性而造成的学生学习难度大;学生法律基础知识差,学习动机弱而造成的课堂教学难度高;课时少内容多而造成的教师不能兼顾好知识传授的深度和广度等。认为解决问题的出路在于对现有教学模式进行改革,建立“以案例教学为手段,以专题讲座为补充,‘精讲’总论、‘淡化’分论”的教学模式。
The article analyzes the main problems and reasons that exist in the teaching of “International Commercial Law” in economics and trade majors, that is, students ’learning difficulties due to the typical professionalism, relative frontier and uncertainty of the course content are large; the students’ basic legal knowledge is poor , Weak learning motivation caused by classroom teaching difficult; less time and less content caused by teachers can not take into account the depth and breadth of knowledge transfer. The solution to the problem lies in the reform of the existing teaching mode, the establishment of a “teaching method as a case, complemented by thematic lectures, ’lectures’ general theory, ’desalination’ theory” teaching mode.
