我国的桥梁建设越来越多采用正交异性板钢箱梁结构,但是由于施工质量不良、使用条件恶劣等因素的影响,钢桥面铺装使用现状不容乐观。复合浇注式沥青铺装首次应用于大跨径悬索桥,其长期使用性能尤其值得关注。于2013年~2015年采用多功能检测车、激光断面仪、摩擦系数检测车和探地雷达对复合浇注式沥青铺装的性能进行了跟踪检测,结果表明经过3年的使用,复合浇注式沥青铺装的性能依然保持良好;同时也提出评价铺装的使用性能,需要结合多方面、多手段的检测来进行综合评价,为后期的养护决策提供数据支撑。
However, due to the poor construction quality and bad service conditions, the status quo of steel bridge deck pavement is not optimistic. For the first time, composite pouring asphalt pavement is applied to long-span suspension bridges, and its long-term performance is of particular concern. From 2013 to 2015, the performance of composite pouring asphalt pavement was tracked by using multi-function test car, laser cross-section meter, friction coefficient test car and ground penetrating radar. The results show that after 3 years of use, compound cast asphalt Pavement performance is still good; also proposed to evaluate the performance of pavement, the need for a combination of multi-faceted, multi-means testing to conduct a comprehensive evaluation for the latter part of the maintenance decision-making to provide data support.
